Susan belongs to the following professional organizations: the Georgia Bar Association (Business Law, Fiduciary Law, Taxation, Real Property, and Elder Law Sections), the American Bar Association (Trust, & Estate Law and Business Law Sections), the North Fulton Bar Association, and is the Past Chairman of the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Susan serves as a member of the Johns Creek Arts Center (previously President), a member of the Board of Emory Johns Creek Hospital, a member of the Board of Johns Creek Advantage (the economic development effort in Johns Creek), is a former Rotarian and a graduate of Leadership Johns Creek.
Madalyn Davis recently joined Grissom Law as an associate attorney who focuses on drafting all forms of estate planning documents, implementing estate administration procedures, and researching legal requirements.
Madalyn completed her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Georgia in 2011 and earned her law degree from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama in 2014.
It was in her undergraduate career that Madalyn knew she wanted to go to law school so she could help people, but it wasn’t until she took an introductory course in Wills, Trusts, and Estates that she found her calling. During her law school career, Madalyn had internships that allowed her to submit briefs to the Georgia Appellate Courts and Georgia Supreme Court and grow in her knowledge of the law. She also participated in pro bono activities and clinics to help her local community.
Madalyn comes from Madison, Georgia where she acted as a consulting attorney for estate planning, estate administration, and small business matters. She is married and has a pug dog and one cat.
